- Step 2: Instant Video Verification 🔍 Our technical team will review your video remotely. Once the technical defect is verified, we will instantly approve your product replacement.
- Step 3: Safe Return Logistics 🚚 Post-verification, the product needs to be sent back to our central warehouse. You can ship it to us directly, or we can arrange a pickup for you. (Please note: One-side logistics shipping costs are borne by the customer).
- Step 4: Brand New Replacement Sent 🔄 The moment the product is successfully shipped back or received, we immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement unit directly to your address.
