Refund Policy Overview

At Hypher, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date. Please read the following refund policy carefully to understand your options.

  1. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in new, unused condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • The product must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date
  1. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@hypher.com with the following information:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Your order number
  • The reason for the refund request

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  1. Exchange Process

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at info@hypher.in with the following information:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Your order number
  • The product you would like to exchange
  • The new product you would like to receive

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions for returning the original product. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will ship the new product to you free of charge.

  1. Non-eligible Products

The following products are not eligible for refund or exchange:

  • Products that have been used or worn
  • Products that have been damaged after receipt
  • Products that have been personalized or custom-made
